Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We currently use UPS and FEDEX for shipping orders within the United States. We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 7-10 business days (with the exception of some products and commissions.)
If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!
In the event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customer's end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

Rates:

Domestic shipping starts at:

• $50 for small paintings (up to 20"x20")
• $100+ for medium paintings (up to 36" x 36")
• $150+ for large paintings (over 36" x 36")

If you provide me with your shipping address, I'm happy to send exact shipping costs. If you require overseas shipping, please contact me at: susanneandthesea@gmail.com with your requirements, and I’ll provide shipping rates and delivery times.

Returns and Exchanges
All paintings, prints, and products are final sale.
We do our best to protect your investment; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at susanneandthesea@gmail.com with photos and we promise to fix the issue.
